The Raj Pavilion team work hard to make you feel welcome and are happy to help you choose your curry utilising our knowledge of Indian cuisine. We try to ensure you choose a meal suited to your taste, whether you prefer a mild curry or the hottest curry on the menu!
The team work with enthusiasm, style and panache trying to make each visit to our Indian restaurant a truly memorable one. It is our belief that each guest should come away from our Indian restaurant impressed with their meal and the service they received from the Raj Pavilion team.
Jewel Zaman – has been with the Raj Pavilion since 1998. Jewel is the Manager of our restaurant and is in charge of executive operations and front of house. His experience, ability and wealth of information about food and wine are often credited as responsible for the Raj Pavilion’s many prestigious awards.
Siam Chowdhury – one of our Manager’s is currently on a 6 month sabbatical, due to return in the new year.
Ishaq Ahmed – works alongside Jewel and Siam managing the restaurant. Having worked at the Raj Pavilion for 5 years and always in the restaurant industry, we feel very privileged to have him as a Manager.
Salim Ahmed – is our talented and ambitious chef who has been working at the Raj Pavilion for 6 years. Salim is passionate about his cooking and has a great wealth of experience having a cooked in a number of quality Indian restaurants.
